What is FISH FARM SAKURA?
FISH FARM SAKURA is a brand that carefully raises cherry salmon in nature and delivers delicious fish to everyone.
We named our farm "FISH FARM" with the hope that our customers could see fish swimming gracefully up close in the spacious and naturally rich environment of Misumachi, Nobeoka City. We deliver products that allow you to enjoy the taste of cherry salmon raised freely in a natural environment.
We treat our fish with sincerity and care, tending to them meticulously every day. We pay attention to each and every fish, striving to create a comfortable environment for them to grow up in.
The water that flows into FISH FARM SAKURA is groundwater from the Gokase River, which originates in the Kyushu Mountains. The cherry salmon are raised in this crystal-clear, pure water.

From eggs to juveniles and then to large cherry salmon, we separate the fish into different tanks at each stage of their growth, ensuring they are raised in a comfortable environment. We feed them specially formulated feed to maintain their beautiful, streamlined silhouette and allow them to experience the elegant flavor inherent in cherry salmon.
