Introducing our premium gelato (May 31, 2026)

Introducing premium gelato from the "Local Products Shop" at Michi-no-Eki Kitagawa Hayuma. We have received a shipment of premium gelato from "Tofu no Moritaya" in Shiiba Village, a secluded area of Miyazaki Prefecture with a legend of Heike clan refugees.

100% "Yukihada Soy Milk" is used in place of raw milk.

A rich and milky "dense soy milk gelato" made with the legendary "Yukihada soy milk" from a tofu shop located high up in the clouds.

"Yukihada Soy Milk Gelato" uses 100% "Unadjusted Yukihada Soy Milk" from Tofu no Moritaya. In addition to soy milk, frozen concentrated milk (from Hokkaido) and fresh cream (from Hokkaido) are added in a unique ratio to bring out the sweetness and richness of the soy milk while achieving a smooth texture. No unnecessary ingredients are used, resulting in a naturally delicious flavor.
