We have started selling the special tofu and fried tofu products from "Mame no Chikara-ya Izumi Sangyo" in Oita City.

Made with 100% domestically produced soybeans and natural bittern.
Furthermore, stone-ground oboro tofu, made by grinding soybeans in a stone mill, is characterized by its mellow flavor that brings out the maximum sweetness and umami of the soybeans.
Soybeans are soaked and cooked in a pot to extract soy milk. This milk is then mixed with nigari (magnesium chloride) rich in minerals from seawater, and the soy milk is coagulated and shaped. We repeat this traditional tofu-making process every day, striving to maintain and improve the quality of our tofu.
