What is "Hebesu"? (The following is quoted from the Miyazaki Brand Promotion Headquarters website)

Miyazaki Hebesu is a fragrant citrus fruit native to Miyazaki Prefecture (present-day Hyuga City). It has a unique aroma and flavor, and is characterized by having few seeds, high juice content, and thin peel, making it a prized fruit in high-end restaurants and Japanese restaurants. To avoid damaging quality by harvesting too early, the period from flowering to harvest is determined for both open-field and greenhouse cultivation.
