The souvenir shop at "Michi-no-Eki Kitagawa Hayuma" has started selling "Ultimate Tofu Doughnuts" from Ishikawa Tofu Workshop in Aichi Prefecture.

Our ultimate tofu donuts are made without dairy or eggs. The ingredients are simple: domestic wheat flour, raw sugar, and plenty of our ultimate 100% domestic soybean silken tofu kneaded into the dough. We made them with a mild sweetness so you can enjoy them every day, just like tofu. They're delicious eaten as is, or warmed on toast. Because they contain a lot of tofu, please store them in the refrigerator.
