"Daikan eggs" will be sold at the three roadside stations in Nobeoka (Roadside Station Kitagawa Hayuma, Roadside Station Kitaura, and Roadside Station Kitakata Yochimiroya).

On Wednesday, January 21st, 2026 (start times vary by store), we will be selling "Daikan Eggs" that have been blessed at "Ichiyo Inari Shrine" (Miyazaki City).

Daikan eggs are eggs laid on the first day of Daikan (January 20th in 2026), one of the 24 solar terms. Because they are laid during the coldest time of the year, their nutrients are concentrated, and they are known as auspicious items that bring good fortune in wealth and health.
