It is said to be one of Japan's three greatest hidden regions. Shiiba Village in Miyazaki Prefecture. The place we chose to make tofu is deep in the mountains, at an altitude of 700 meters, as if we were above the clouds. This place, where untouched nature and good old traditions remain, is the perfect place for us, who cherish the gentleness of nature and the warmth of handmade products.

"To make the perfect tofu, the previous generation of tofu makers traveled all over Japan searching for the ideal water," and finally found it in the spring water of Shiiba Village. The pure water flowing from the trees and moss-covered rocks of the mountains was the ideal natural water for making tofu that highlights the flavor of soybeans.

We selected two types of domestically grown soybeans from numerous varieties based on their compatibility with spring water. The result is a soy milk that is 1.5 times richer than usual, with the sweetness of the soybeans really standing out.

We make our tofu without compromising on our ingredients and without sparing any effort. Our tofu making began in a small factory deep in the mountains, far from conveniently located.
