New products at Michi-no-Eki Kitagawa Hayuma Local Products Center: "Hikari Gakuen Hikarinto (6 types) & Hikari Rusk (6 types)"

Two new products have arrived from "Hikari Gakuen (Nobeoka City), a facility supporting children and adults with disabilities."

"Hikarinto" (180 yen each) is a healthy snack made by mixing okara (soy pulp), eggs, sugar, and wheat flour, rolling it out thinly, and deep-frying it. The sweetness and savory flavor of the okara make it irresistibly delicious.

There are six flavors: seaweed, plain, black sesame, consommé, coffee, and caramel cinnamon, and each one is lovingly made by the users.

"Hikari no Rusk" (120 yen each) is available in six flavors: moon salt, sugar, brown sugar, lemon, garlic, and black pepper. These are also lovingly made by our customers.

Hikari Gakuen, a facility for supporting children and adults with disabilities, is a residential facility for children and adults with disabilities. Located in a rich natural environment, it promotes healthy growth and development, helping residents acquire the skills necessary to adapt to social life in the future. It also provides community and in-home welfare services for children and adults with disabilities living at home.
