We have received two types of "Chirimen Snack Polipoli" (plain and smoked) from Hidaka Suisan in Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture.

These dried baby sardines, caught off the coast of Hyuga-nada in Miyazaki Prefecture, have been dried until they are crisp and crunchy. They are perfect as a snack, an appetizer, or an ingredient in cooking.
