*This cherry salmon was born in Gokase Town, Nishiusuki District, and grew up in Misumachi and Kitaura Town, Nobeoka City.

・Cherry salmon rice pilaf: 1,300 yen

Smoked confit of cherry salmon: 1,300 yen

- Soft jerky made from cherry salmon: 800 yen

• Cold-smoked cherry salmon (sakura chips/white oak chips) 1,800 yen

At the restaurant

Limited quantity of "Sakura Trout Rice" available. Single serving: 360 yen, Rice change for set meals: +200 yen.

From the Firefly Inn

As a side dish, "Sakura trout rice" is available for 350 yen.

- Miyazaki Prefectural Police & Oita Prefectural Police Joint Traffic Safety PR (Scheduled for April 27th (Sat) 11:00-11:30) You can take commemorative photos with patrol cars and police motorcycles.

・Miyazaki Ripe Mango Fair (during the period): We will be selling Taiyo no Tamago and ripe mangoes from Miyazaki Prefecture.

・Kitagawa Hayuma Marche (during the event period) will feature a wide variety of stalls selling things like grilled sweetfish, charcoal-grilled local chicken, sweets, miscellaneous goods, fortune telling, and much more.
