New products have arrived from Hyakusho-tai (Miyazaki City)!!

A homemade, additive-free chilled soup base, inspired by the "kakkomi meshi" (rice eaten by samurai).

We use miso made from "traditional soybeans" originating from Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture, which are preserved at the Faculty of Agriculture, Miyazaki University.

Sadohara eggplant is a traditional vegetable that has been cultivated since the Edo period. This eggplant changes color to a lighter reddish-purple in the summer, has thin skin, plump and soft flesh with little bitterness and a subtle sweetness, and when cooked it is characterized by its "creamy texture and outstanding sweetness."
