We have received a shipment of Ebisu (shrimp vinegar) from Ishikawa Kogyo, a long-established vinegar manufacturer in Miyazaki City.

This vinegar, infused with the aroma of shrimp, pairs well with noodles, dumplings, and other dishes.

Furthermore, the name "Ebi-su" (shrimp vinegar) evokes Ebisu, one of the Seven Lucky Gods, making it a particularly auspicious vinegar, especially in conjunction with the "Nobeoka Toka Ebisu Festival at Imayama Ebisu Shrine," which is being held from today (Saturday, February 10th, 2024) until tomorrow.
