"Michi-no-Eki Kitagawa Hayuma Autumn Sweets Festival 2023" is now accepting applications for vendors!!

1. Event Name: Kitagawa Hayuma Roadside Station Autumn Sweets Festival 2023

2. Date and time: Friday, November 3rd, 2020 - Sunday, November 5th, 2020, 10:00-15:00

3. Venue: Special venue at Michi-no-Eki Kitagawa Hayuma

4. Contents: 5-10 sweets shops will be set up per day.

5. Recruitment period: October 10th (Tuesday) to October 29th (Sunday), 2020

*However, the event will end once the limit of 9 vendors and 3 food trucks has been reached each day.

6. Application Requirements: The sweets (Japanese confectionery, Western confectionery, etc.) must be manufactured at each store.

- Must possess the necessary licenses and permits for confectionery manufacturing, etc.

- Must have obtained the necessary licenses and permits for sales, such as a street vendor's license.

- Food trucks must have the necessary licenses and permits for manufacturing and selling.

7. Commission: 10% of sales
