*The bread fair, which is usually held on the third Sunday, will be held on the first week due to renovation work.

Notice Regarding Phase 2 Renovation Work

The second phase of renovation work will be carried out from mid-February to late April 2022.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The main construction work includes renovating the bakery, remodeling the prepared food processing room, constructing a new pickle processing room, renovating the outdoor terrace, and replacing the air conditioners in the shop.

Due to construction work, the "Bread Workshop and Confectionery Workshop" will be closed for approximately one month, from mid-February to mid-March 2022.

We will continue to sell a limited quantity of bread with the cooperation of local bakeries.

We anticipate that our confectionery items (such as Nobegaku Pudding) will sell out during the first half of the period. Please understand that we will not be able to manufacture them until mid-March.
