Kuzukiri is a traditional Japanese dessert that is typically eaten with brown sugar syrup or other toppings.
"Kanazawa Reika Kuzukiri" is a new kind of dessert developed by adding fruit juice and pulp to kuzukiri (arrowroot noodles), resulting in a dessert bursting with fruity flavor. We have started offering all five varieties: plum, summer orange, yuzu lemon, peach, and watermelon.

* Natsumikan (Summer Orange): Made with domestically produced summer orange juice in the syrup. The syrup has a good balance of sweetness and tartness, making it delicious to eat as well. This kuzu-kiri is popular with a wide range of customers. (The fruit's origin varies depending on the season.)

• Yuzu Lemon: Made with domestically produced yuzu juice in the syrup. The syrup has a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, making it delicious to eat as well. The combination of fragrant yuzu and lemon alone creates a refreshing feeling. We've received feedback that the light sweetness makes it easy to eat even on days when you don't have much of an appetite. This kuzukiri is popular with a wide range of customers. • Peach: Made with domestic peach puree in the syrup. The sweetness and tartness are in perfect balance, making the syrup delicious as well. Peach kuzu jelly with real fruit pieces is a popular choice.

• Watermelon: This is a popular watermelon-flavored kuzu jelly in the summer. The syrup uses watermelon juice from Ishikawa Prefecture (80% watermelon juice). The refreshing taste and juiciness of the watermelon are in perfect balance, making the syrup delicious as well. The red syrup and black konjac bits give it a watermelon-like feel.
