Introducing new products from "Michi-no-Eki Kitagawa Hayuma Bakery" for January 2026!!

Kitagawa Hayuma Bakery, famous for its "traditional melon bread," will be releasing the following three new breads in January 2026.

☆Coffee Anpan (180 yen) This bread has a fluffy dough made with black cocoa and is filled with plenty of coffee bean paste.

 

☆Plum & Salted Kelp French Bread 210 yen This bread features a flavorful French bread dough made with fermented seasoning containing rice koji, topped with the tartness of plums, the umami of salted kelp, and a tuna and edamame filling for added flavor.

☆Tarako Cheese Boule 230 yen A dough made with a starter made from stone-ground flour, and cheese...

Bread filled with cream and topped with a cod roe sauce blended with roasted cod roe, then baked.
