Restaurant Kitagawa Hayuma is now offering a new dish: "Miyazaki specialty, chilled soup."

Cold soup set (cold soup, rice, pickles) 800 yen (tax included)

Hiyajiru is a local dish from Miyazaki Prefecture, a perfect cold summer dish consisting of grilled fish, tofu, cucumber, and perilla leaves served over rice in a broth made with diluted roasted miso.
