Eat Fuyu persimmons and you too can become wealthy!!

The "Fuyu Persimmon Fair, co-sponsored by Michi-no-Eki Ukiha (Fukuoka Prefecture)," is being held until today.

A wide variety of persimmons are available, including dried Jiro persimmons from Kitagata-cho, Nobeoka City, Fuyu persimmons from Fukuoka Prefecture, Fuji persimmons from Ehime Prefecture, dried persimmons from Kumamoto Prefecture, and Anpo persimmons from Yamanashi Prefecture.

Also, the Kitagawa Town Industrial and Cultural Festival is being held today. There will be plenty of fun events, including special vegetable sales and woodworking workshops.

The Bread Fair is being held concurrently, and this month's theme is "Focaccia".
