Introducing our new products

We have received two types of "Hinokage Nabacchi" (savory salt flavor and rich yuzu flavor) from the Hinokage Town Tourism Association in Hinokage Town, Nishiusuki District, Miyazaki Prefecture.

Sales will begin at three roadside stations in Nobeoka (Roadside Station Kitagawa Hayuma, Roadside Station Kitaura, and Roadside Station Kitakata Yochimiroya)!!

"Hinokage Nabacchi Fragrant Salt Flavor" 550 yen

"Hinokake Nabacchi Rich Yuzu Flavor" 550 yen

These "naba" (the Miyazaki dialect word for "shiitake") chips are made from shiitake mushrooms grown on logs in northern Miyazaki Prefecture, hand-fried to a crisp in specially selected rice oil.

Available in two flavors: savory salt and rich yuzu.

This is the perfect snack or appetizer.
