Gobomen uses only "Miyazaki-grown burdock," which is grown healthily under the abundant sunshine of Miyazaki.
The noodles are made from "Kyushu-grown wheat," nurtured by the rich natural environment of Kyushu, and carefully kneaded with "Miyazaki-grown burdock root," then stretched using a hand-stretching method.
You can enjoy it as cold somen noodles with warm broth, or even more so when paired with tonkotsu soup.

Sea bream noodles made with Kyushu-grown wheat, kneaded with sea bream extract and salt from high tide.
Simply simmering it allows the delicious flavor of the sea bream and the sweetness of the salt to dissolve into a high-quality broth.
Simply add the included sauce to this flavorful broth, and it's ready!
Add kamaboko, green onions, ground sesame seeds, and grated kelp to it.
It will taste even better.
