Takahaya (local name: Aburame) has joined the large aquarium!
These days, I've been feeling a sense of loneliness as the "ayu" fish, which had been featured in the newspaper for two years, have now reached the end of their lifespan, and only two sturgeon swim in the large tank.
Thanks to the kindness of Mr. Shibata, who manages the aquarium, we've been able to welcome "Takahaya" (local name: Aburame) from the clear waters of the Kitagawa River into our collection.
You can see how small it is when compared to a sturgeon.

A fish tank is located between the restaurant and takeout counter information area. (Free admission)
